Sugo is a Milwaukee-based music group specializing in 1970s New Orleans-style funk. Their live shows are often described as a “can’t-sit-still, gotta-get-up-and-dance” experience with plenty of hip-shaking and head-bobbing. Their music is a mix of deeply rooted, bluesy soloing and glorious, disco-era funky rhythm.
